Hi Templario,

about the projects "not attributed", it's projects some users would like to see on MorphOS (or finalized as SDL2).
If a developers realize the project, he recover the dedicated bounty.
If after many months, the project is not take by a developer, the donors can ask the refund of his donation or move his money to another project.
